At Aalborg CSP A/S we assist our clients in all aspects of the development of renewable energy solutions and integrated energy systems, from identification of energy needs and design to delivery, day-to-day operations and after sales service. We offer tailored after sales and service agreements to existing as well as new customers.
We provide service agreements on our own systems as well as on already existing plants and equipment. Our after sales and service department provides technical assistance of the highest standard both when it comes to urgent assignments as well as in the case of already planned tasks such as inspections, upgrades and maintenance.
We offer after sales and service agreements on our complete product portfolio, which includes, but is not limited to, flat solar thermal panels, parabolic troughs, solar towers, boilers, integrated energy systems, heat pumps and various energy storage solutions. Our primary focus lies within our own core business areas. However, we also happily to assist with services of various kind outside said areas.
Our after sales and service department has the competencies, expertise, and experience to handle a wide range of tasks, including repair of equipment and plants, upgrade of existing systems as well as inspection and monitoring of, among other things, service life and performance. We provide fast and efficient service when needed, as well as preventive maintenance in terms of service agreements that ensure reliable and optimum production.
After sales and service agreements provided by Aalborg CSP are tailored to fit our customers' individual needs and are adapted to the specific product or system in question. An agreement as such can include one or multiple of the following services:
- Spare parts
- Assistance on a consultancy basis (E.g., in relation to maintenance, operation, and upgrades)
- Upgrades to plants/systems
- Inspection (E.g., in relation to system lifetime estimation, upgrades, repairs)
- Repair and maintenance
- System lifetime monitoring
With offices in both Denmark and Spain, we are able to offer our support and service across the borders.
Moreover, we have our own workshop in Spain, where our skilled technicians support our clients with various repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
