In 2005, Per held the position of CFO at Brix & Kamp A/S and, upon the establishment of Brix & Kamp's sister company, which was the precursor of Aalborg CSP, he was likewise appointed CFO of that company. Per, therefore, constitutes an important part of the founding team that took the first steps towards the company, we know today.

After a couple of years as CFO for two companies, Per Kirk chose to focus on his position at Brix & Kamp but remained part of the ownership group of Aalborg CSP. Most recently, Per has held a position as CFO at the construction company Tom Jakobsen A/S.

With his early active involvement in the management as well as his ongoing engagement in both the ownership group and the Board of Aalborg CSP, Per was therefore the natural choice for the position as CFO in the autumn of 2025.
