Jens Taggart Pelle, Vice President of Technical Sales
Jens Taggart Pelle is Vice President of Technical Sales at Aalborg CSP A/S and Alfa Laval Aalborg Header-coil. He oversees project and product development related to Aalborg CSP's high-temperature thermal energy storage solutions, as well as Alfa Laval Aalborg Header-coil's header-coil heat exchangers and steam generation systems.
In his role as Vice President of Technical Sales, Mr. Pelle is responsible for enhancing competencies, product development, and application knowledge in the header-coil heat exchanger technology. He supports the company in driving the advancement of technologies such as steam generation systems, molten salt heat exchangers, PTX-salt systems, and Carnot batteries for the next generation of long-duration energy storage solutions.
Throughout his professional career, both in Denmark and emerging markets, Mr. Pelle has acquired extensive knowledge of thermal energy systems. This expertise enables him to successfully launch and optimize technology programs in collaboration with developers, EPC companies, and owner engineers.
Mr. Pelle is committed to supporting the transition in the energy sector towards a carbon-free energy system. He is dedicated to reducing the levelized cost of energy for energy storage systems worldwide and aims to add value to design processes by utilizing his expertise and advising clients from the earliest stages of their project life cycle.
