The new board was elected on the 22nd of May at the annual general meeting and consists of three new members as well as two members from the previous board line-up.
Re-elected members are Peter Badstue Jensen and Peter Thomsen, who are both part of the company’s daily management. The new members, Claus Christensen, Søren Overgaard and Per Schack Andreasen, will strengthen the company with vast international experience. The Board of Directors will work closely with the daily management to ensure the company’s continued positive development.
Claus Christensen takes the baton as a new chairman from Albert Holkenberg who has spent 19 years in his previous role. Claus Christensen is an active board member in several companies in the northern part of Denmark and has a strong commercial and financial background. Søren Overgaard is CEO of Cimbria A/S and has extensive experience in selling and executing international projects. Per Schack Andreasen is a professional board member and has a background from Keflico A/S as CEO.

As part of the first meeting, the new board of directors visited the concentrated solar power plant (CSP) in Brønderslev, Denmark that has been operational since the end of 2016.
