Three new graduates have been offered a full-time position at Aalborg CSP after completing the company’s student programme that was designed to support a long term growth strategy. This year the programme has seen an outstanding interest as ten times more applications were received compared to the year before.

The new talents will work in the company’s headquarters in Aalborg, Denmark supporting different functional areas.

Anders Egsdal (29), a Marine Engineer graduate at Aarhus School of Marine and Technical Engineering has been involved in the programme for five months as an intern and he also wrote his final bachelors’ thesis with the company. During his internship, Anders has supported the sales department’s job where he will continue his professional career as Sales Engineer, mainly dealing with Integrated Solar Energy Systems, with special focus on solar cooling technologies as well as solar desalination and solar electricity applications.

Thomas Frausing Jensen (23) has just completed his education at the University College of Northern Denmark as Financial Controller. He joined Aalborg CSP six months ago as an intern and finished his final assignment in collaboration with the company. As Thomas continues his studies at Aalborg University, he is now hired as Financial Controller Trainee mainly dealing with monthly accounting reports, department reports and cashflow analysis.

Patrick Thomsen (27) has finished his studies at the University College of Northern Denmark as an AP Graduate in Production Technology. Five months ago he started working as an intern which subsequently led to a project collaboration. Patrick continues his career within Aalborg CSP’s sister company, BK Engineering as mechanical engineer, mainly dealing with development, design and revision of 3D models as well as 2D engineering drawings for new and existing products.

Growing interest in the Aalborg CSP student programme
